Monstrous Pizza Failure

It's our FAIL pizza. Talk about a funny night. Oh my goodness. We haven't laughed this hard, well, it was funny!!!

Let me start at the beginning...

One day I saw a huge box at the front door. It had my name on it and yet I knew for a fact that I hadn't ordered anything. So, I asked Mike if I could open it because I didn't know if he had done some early Christmas shopping.

Yes ladies, it could have happened. "Could have."

Anyhoo...I opened it up and saw this bad boy.

You probably would have laughed if you would have seen my face.

...or maybe not. Let's just say I was a little bit excited!!

I have always wanted a bread machine. It will definitely help in with my bread making skills. Their not too great at the moment.

I was really excited when I read that the machine mixes dough for you. I think my main problem is the "let is rise" step. I'm a bit impatient...just a bit. Anyhoo, Mike and I thought that we would be able to make just one.big.pizza. We should have gone with our gut feeling and cut the dough in half.

It was a LOT yall!

But we went with it and ended up with a super sized pizza. We were laughing so hard when we pulled it out of the oven.

It was

HUGE!!

So huge that the pizza split on one side. Mike was laughing so hard he could hardly breathe. I couldn't wait to share this with everyone...neither could he.

Despite it's monstrous size, the pizza was awesome! Very very yummy! But...we wont be making a record size pizza like that again.
