Tomat Soup Pork Chops

This is one of those meals that seems like it would be harder than it really is, but it's not. I like having it in my recipe collection because it's yummy, it's super easy, really quick, and best of all, really inexpensive. My Moma made it all the time when I was growing up, so it's alwasy been one of my favorites. Now, my husband loves it just as much as I do.

You'll only need a few ingredients (which makes it so budget friendly):
3-4 Pork chops
1 can of tomato soup
2 large potatoes
1 cup of baby carrots
cooked rice to serve with it

I season my pork chops with salt/pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. With about 2 T of canola oil in a skillet, I lightly brown both sides of the chops and remove them.
Next, I throw in the carrots and potatoes and let them cook with the lid on until they start to tender a bit.
Then I add in the tomato soup mixed with the suggested can of water. After I do this, I put the chops back in and let simmer on a medium-low heat for another 10 minutes.

When the carrots and potatoes are completely tender...it's finished. I serve it over rice.
Try it it's yummy!!

You'll find even more recipes at the Ultimate Recipe Swap that Life As Mom is having on her page and at Cooking Thursday. I can't wait to take a look myself.

Hope you enjoy!! God bless!!
