Monday Rambles

Our week kicked off a bit foggy. An early riser was in need of some much needed cuddles after sleeping through the night. No complaints there, but a roaring cry is a bit loud at 6 a.m.

The big girls have been to school and back, and now they're all napping. My house is picked up, laundry tumbling in the dryer, supper in the crock pot, the Mr is sleeping and will wake soon as will the rest of them. I can hear the whimpers of the dogs underneath their blanket and we welcome fall today with a brisk 65 degree high. I'm beaming with gratefulness.

Our trip to Maryland came and went far to quickly. The leaves fell while we were there. The cool weather rolled in. But it was nice to get home. As usual.

A big birthday is approaching and I'm acting as if it's not so that it may slow it's pace. It's just hard to believe she'll be one. So, cue the tears. The BIG kind.

I took the big.girls to see Disney's Princesses on Ice this past Friday. They were ecstatic  Thrilled! Tickled Pink  I was impressed. They were in heaven. It was a great night for the three of us.

My sweet friend Danielle did a little spiffing up around ye' ole' blog. I'm fancying it quite a bit. So, if ever you're in need of some lovely blog up-do, I suggest you send her a gram and let her do the work for you. She's so precious and dear to work with.
