2 months. Hard to believe, but so true.
My girls are already 2 months old.
There is so much about these little girls that just amazes me.
Savannah
You are my A twin and I have deemed you the drama queen of the house. You are the first at everything. Your little wimpers make me smile every time I hear them. When you're awake, your eyes are so bright and blue; just like Moma's. You love to sit and watch Baby Einstein on the tv. You love sucking on your paci. You usually fall asleep with it in your mouth. At your 2 month check up, you weighed 7 lbs 13 oz and were 20 inches long. You're growing so fast.
Hope
You are my B twin...more quiet and reserve. You love to sleep...more so than your sister. You LOVE to cuddle up at Moma's neck and you love it even more when I give you lots of sugar (Moma does too!) You love to sleep on your belly when you can. You love to sit in the bouncer and look around at the room (that's when you're awake). You're not as crazy about your paci as your sister is. At your two month check up, you weighed 7 lbs 15 oz and were 20 inches long.
Girls,
You came earlier than we expected at 32 weeks so your correct age is 3 weeks...but we're SO happy that you're here. You take my breath away each time I look at you. There are times when I still can't believe that I am a Moma to two little beautiful girls. I couldn't ask to blessed with anything better than you two.
You may look different, but there are several things about you that are the same.
You both hate for your feet to be covered up. Thus the reason why we "burrito" wrap you instead of taco wrapping you...funny thought I know...Wrapping your babies up like food (giggle). You both curl up and stretch when Moma and Daddy pick you up. I LOVE it!! And you scrunch your noses the same. My favorite thing is that I don't have to worry about any loud noises waking you. You sleep right through anything...dogs, tv; even when the other is crying right beside you, you still sleep.
Moma loves to dress you alike when I can....it just looks so cute.... and I love making hairbows for all of your little outfits. Sometimes I worry that I might be tending to one of you more than the other, but I try not to stress too much about that. Moma and Daddy are so blessed to have you here. Our little family is so complete. Now if the dogs could only behave as well as you do, then we'd be set.
