My Military Spouse Scripture Verse

Sorry this post is so late today.

Today was a busy day for Mike and I and it was also day 2 of the Wives of Faith Blog Carnival.

Today we are supposed to share our military scripture verse. Well here's mine:

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

There are times when I feel alone. Yes I have my husband and now my girls, but all that has made me who I am sits in Plant City, Florida...6 hours away. Being away from family ALL the time is a tough thing to deal with. Every experience is different. Holidays, birthdays, new accomplishments, and more. It's different. This is all a part of being a military family. This is how we live our life and will until Mike is finished. So, on those days when my loneliness overwhelms me, God is quick to remind me that I am truly not alone.
