This is my husband's favorite appetizer when he goes out to eat.
So we attempted to make it and I gotta say...it was pretty yummy!!!
It was pretty easy too!!!!
Here's what you'll need:
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese mix
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (10 ounce) prepared alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (4 ounce) softened cream cheese
pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish (I used my cast iron pan and it worked perfect; looked neat too!).
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
Serve with chips or a nice baggette bread.
As you can see, I got a thumbs up for this one...
That's definitely a good sign...can't wait to see if you make this. Maybe you'll get a thumbs up too!!!
Happy Tuesday!!!
I've shared this with all of my friends at
that is so yummy.. I would love for you to stop by on Friday and link it up to my Round Robin if you would like. It is a monthly event.

ReplyDeleteVisiting (and a new follower) from TMTT :)
It's my favorite appetizer at restaurants too. It might not be a good thing for my waist line if I know how to make it at home. But it sounds so easy to do!
ReplyDeleteCan you believe that I've never eaten this dip?! But it's got - what - 3 cheeses and Alfredo sauce?! Honey - I am so in. Just pass me the chips!
ReplyDeleteOh, my! This is one dip that I can see I would eat a LOT of! Pass it over!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! Have a great day!!
