Just Like That

Last week there were a lot of things done that will bring a lot of changes with them.

Miss Ellie and I went and bought some "big girl" panties. Such a big deal when she saw Minnie panties hanging on the rack. Big. Deal. It deserved it's own picture.

The girls and I went to the elementary school and signed up the twins for kindergarten. I know, it seems like it's happening so fast.

I asked them what they think about it all. This is their response...
Savannah: I'm excited to learn music and make friends.
Hope: I just want to play on that BIG playground we drive by all the days.

I'm sure they will be so shocked when they finally get there, as will I. I may be 31 but I remember the anxiety and curiosity in something so much bigger than I.  I'm sure when their first day comes, I will probably be a bit more sentimental, but as of right now I know it's going to be so good for all 3 of us.

And to keep on the school wagon, we even signed up Miss Ellie for a morning program at the church.  The same one the big girls were in two years ago. She'll go just two days a week for her to learn songs, play with HER friends, and be an individual. She was ready to start immediatelywe poor thing.

So this is the year. We're turning the page on our babies being babies. Our family's next chapter will begin....

Just Like That.
