I started stocking up on camping goodies a few weeks before our trip. I wanted to make sure we had enough of good mixed in with the fun snacks and such. I planned on cooking all except for the lunches. With four, I mean three kiddos, I wanted to make sure I had plenty of snacks for them to much on. Plus, that's the fun part; sitting around the fire at night with hot chocolate or munching on homemade treats while trail walking.
I also tried a few easy carry ideas for our breakfast items. I emptied our ranch from the bottle and filled it with my homemade pancake batter. Cracked enough eggs into a mason jar to keep from having broken eggs in the cooler. Everything worked great!
So here's what how I planned it our.

Simple meals, simple clean up.
Worked out perfectly. Next time we plan on staying longer so our menu will stretch out some with a few more options.

We love camping, especially sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows :)
